A few weeks ago I went to an event at the Fenton/Fallon store where I was able to make a necklace with the help of designer Dana Lorenz. Almost immediately when I got home I went online to buy a few cuffs to complement the necklace I created. I got two cuffs on sale - my favorite of which, the tomb cuff on the far left, is unfortunately now sold out (I bought it for only $88), but check-out the Fenton/Fallon store if you're in NYC and interested in it. The other two I bought were the Patitz Bracelet (marked down to $53) and the Victoria Fair Isle Cuff ($232), all of which incorporate elements used in my necklace. If I wasn't a Fenton/Fallon addict before, after visiting the designer's store, I certainly am one now!

Sevan Bicakci Silver, Gold and Diamond Padlock

user-pic6

sevan_bicakci_silver_medium_padlock.jpg

For the Bag Snob, this lock would the ultimate accessory for your ultimate accessory. Don't be caught using the generic lock your precious bag comes with, you must adorn it with your own silver and 24K gold lock with green (.76 carats), brown (.15 carats) and white (.84 carats) diamonds. But get this for its versatility, put it on a long chain as a pendant which is this seasons big look (bold pendants). Alright fine, this is strictly a novelty piece but you have to admit it is pretty amazing! At Browns Fashion for $10,427.

Crazy Pig Designs, London Rings

user-pic6

6.jpg

I'm pretty colorful and upbeat when it comes to my jewelry choices, so Crazy Big Designs' jewelry is a departure for me. There's something creepy in a fabulous way about these rings though. Does anyone else agree? Sort of a cross between Alexander McQueen and Pamela Love. Not that this Bone Hand Skull Ring isn't dark, but the rest of the line is even darker and more sinister - too much for my taste. I don't think I would actually buy this ring - though I would if it were the same concept but as a cuff -- but I am intrigued. What do you think about these Crazy Pig Designs rings? Would you were something this gothic?

The 9K ring retails for £1,100 and the silver is priced at £160.

Philippe Audibert Manchette Aby Amélia Cuff

user-pic6
philippe_audibert_manchette_aby_mini_amelia_cuff.jpgphilippe_audibert_cuff_model.jpg

This takes stacking to a whole new level. This Philippe Audibert cuff has various designs of spikes and Swarovski crystals that simply slip on for a bold look that is refined and incredibly chic. Go all out Rock 'n Roll or keep it demure with a ladylike evening dress, and everywhere in between. I love pieces that make life easy on you, throw this on any blah outfit and you will instantly look like you keep a full time stylist on your payroll. At Net-a-Porter for $1095.

Alexis Bittar Large Gold Scaled Cuff

user-pic6

MH93B005.jpg

I recently bought this Alexis Bittar Large Gold Scaled Cuff ($225) at Alexis Bittar's Madison Avenue boutique in gold and rose gold - absolutely love it! I was actually walking past the store when I noticed one of the women who works at the boutique wearing it while she was adjusting something in the window. I went in to ask her where she got her bracelet and I got lucky that I didn't have to go far to find it! It doesn't look it, but it's actually lightweight and it's ajustable so you don't need to worry about size. The cuff comes in gold, rose gold, and silver styles, but only the gold and silver are carrying over into next season, so you should be able to get the rose gold on sale for less than $225 (I got it for $190).

Peter Silver Tail Ring: Snob or Slob?

user-pic6

10737-1.jpg
How cute is this Peter Silver Tail Ring ($14.99)? I have to say though I'm a little upset because it looks nearly identical to one I bought in Madrid at Uterque for nearly four time the price! It's cute without being kitschy and I'm always a fan of chic, conversation-starting accessories and this certainly falls into that category. It gets a snob vote from me!

What do you think about this bunny ring? Snob or Slob?

Carlen Charm Bib Necklace in Blue Lace

user-pic6

carlen_charm_necklace.jpg

Moroccan is the theme for this seasons accessories, thanks to Carrie Bradshaw's visit to the middle east in SATC2. For seasonal favorites, I like to be Frugal Snob in order to justify one season's worth of wear. The Carlen Charm Bib Necklace in Blue Lace from Kendra Scott has the ethnic charm with enough sparkle and glitz to glam up a summer day dress or a hot LBD. You can extend the length with a 2" extender if you want to tease the boys by dangling this right at the decolletage. Great fun for the season for just $135.

Frugal Snob: Olia Salam Necklace

user-pic6

orig.jpgMolly Sims, Edie Falco, Rachel Ray, and Angie Stone are just a few of the celebrities that have been spotted in pieces from the Olia collection. I'm particularly drawn to the New York-based designer's necklaces and the one above is my favorite. Called the Salam Necklace it retails for $64 and it says 'Salam' on one side and 'Shalom' on the other. Many people may not know this, but in Hebrew and in Arabic when you greet someone with 'Shalom' and with 'Salam,' respectively, you are not only saying 'hello,' but you are saying 'peace.' I have a lot of family in Tel Aviv and my parents are currently there for a wedding, so this necklace is particularly meaningful to me. I can't believe we are still dealing with all the violence. This necklace is a reminder to continue the fight for peace and the end of violence.

TOMTOM Jewelry

user-pic6

tom tom 1.jpg

Take one look at a piece from Elena Coleman's line, TOMTOM Jewelry, and you won't find it hard to believe that Coleman is a formally trained architect. Based in Manhattan, TOMTOM has a very modern, streamlined feel and there are graphic/geometric touches to most every piece in the bold collection. Coleman combines architecture fabrication techniques (3D printing and water/laser jet cutting), with traditional jewelry design and uses a variety of materials including 18k Gold, Oxidized Silver and Gunmetal, Swarovski crystals, and vintage chains in her work. The stand-out piece in her current collection is this 4..3..2..1 Necklace ($325)...it kind of reminds me of something Judy Jetson would wear (in a good way!).

You can shop the collection online or click here for a list of retailers.

Fendi Studded Cuffs

user-pic6

As if the Fendi handbags and shredded white mini dresses weren't covetable enough, I'm loving Fendi's jewelry this season. The Fendi Palladium studded cuff ($545) and the Fendi Acrylic studded cuff ($545) add instead edge to any outfit. Sure studs may be all over the place, but the contrast between the acrylic/palladium and the spiked wooden studs, make this anything but run-of-the-mill. I tried these both on at Saks the other day and totally felt like a powerful, sexy warrior! They've got an opening to attach to he wrist and they're very long - perfect complement to a simple LBD/LWD!
