For National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Oscar de la Renta has opened the Pink Shop, of which 10% of the proceeds will be donated to The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Now, I can indulge in all of the pink jewels I want for a good cause! I have this jeweled headband ($395) already, and wear it proudly like any other fashion princess would (I mean, tell me it doesn’t look at least a little like a crown). With multi-colored gemstones placed in mixed settings, you’d think the style might get a little wacky, but the headband actually makes you look incredibly polished and pretty. Consider it Kate Middleton-approved! The cabochon crystal ring ($175) will be my next purchase. In addition to the huge pink gem in the center, this ring has a setting that is crystal-accented (they call it a statement piece for a reason!). There are a couple of beautiful pairs of chandelier earrings, too: the opaque cabochon drop earrings ($450) and the medieval drop earrings ($295). You could choose just one, but when the money is going to something so important, don’t feel guilty treating yourself to both!
