Smokey quartz, turquoise, chysoprase, dyed chalcedony, fluorite, and imitation pearls (good luck repeating all that when people ask you what your jewel is!) have all come together for a monumental medley that looks powerful enough to shatter the earth. Actually, these rocky beads look as though they were plucked right from it. That’s why I love Alexis Bittar – his use of color, texture, and shapes keeps him at the top of his game, and this chunky necklace is a prime example of his capabilities.
